With the ability to easily adjust the compression and rebound fork progression curve, modifying your air suspension has never been simpler.

The Proimpact Kit comes with a variety of compounds, consistencies, and layouts to meet diverse needs and provide an unprecedented riding experience. Depending on the specific combination, the system can achieve significant improvements, particularly on entry/mid level suspensions. It has the ability to combine the plush feeling of a coil suspension with the light weight and progression of an air suspension.

This kit allows for the modification of the progression curve and the damping speed in compression and rebound of the fork. Furthermore, it enables a more consistent functionality of the fork during high-intensity and prolonged use. The elastic elements need to be inserted into the positive chamber (for air forks) or inside the spring (for spring coiled forks). It is crucial to apply specific grease to them, which permits a high level of lubrication for the system. The consistency provided by the polymers allows for a lower inflation pressure of the fork positive chamber (for air forks) or for the use of a spring with a lower elastic constant (for spring coiled forks), while maintaining the same forces at a static level (as shown in the graph). The primary feature of PRO-IMPACT is the dynamic reduction of the front fork air chamber volume, according to the change in pressure created during operation. This provides damping that cancels any vibrations felt through the handlebars, while maintaining the correct bicycle setting. The goal is to enhance riding comfort and keep the tire in constant contact with the ground, thereby increasing grip and handling.
