50 h Service for your Marzocchi 35 or 38 mm fork from before 2020 (for example Marzocchi 380, 888, 55 and many more)

Please note that many parts for these forks are not available anymore. If you need anything done besides what is listed below please contact us before ordering and we will try to find a solution together!

• Disassembly and cleaning of the air side
• Inspection of the fork for damage or wear
• Inspection of the bushings for wear
• Replacement of dust wipers, crush washers and foam rings
• New lower leg and damper oil
• Reassembly and functionality test

In this service we will disassemble, clean and inspect your suspension, change the seals that prevent dirt and water from getting inside your precious fork and finally fill it up with new top quality fluids.
After reassembly your suspension will be tested for functionality.
The fork will be set to the settings it had when we received it or alternatively to our recommended settings for the rider information provided.

We only use replacement parts and fluids of original or better quality.
All our maintenance services are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of work.

We can send someone to pick up your suspension so you don't have to bother with all the logistics.
If you select this option please make sure that the object is properly and safely packed with appropriate packaging.
We will not be responsible for damages incurred due to improper packaging.
If the object is not ready to be picked up at the agreed upon time and date we reserve the right to cancel the pick up procedure. The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.
